Dr. Vinita Manchanda is presently working as a Senior Physiotherapist at Sir Gangaram Kolmet Hospital, New Delhi.
She is a Research Scholar & Assistant Professor ( Guest faculty ) at Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi.
She is a certified Ante & Post Natal fitness specialist & Lamaze Childbirth Educator from the USA.
She has presented research papers Internationally; has international publications in UK journals and citations in so many international journals, and has delivered so many public awareness lectures & Webinars on Women’s Health.

She has served ministers, dignitaries & patients from the Royal families of India.
She has been invited as an esteemed judge in the HEALTHY BABY SHOW at Richmond school affiliated with Cambridge University, UK.
She is running her own fitness Centre with the name Mehar for Moms in Delhi & doing rigorous research on this topic with only one ultimate goal in mind to help pregnant women arrive at that level of fitness in pregnancy they have never touched in their lives & have divine and phenomenal childbirth experience.

In 2018, she launched her own organic pain relief products ( balm, gels, etc ) with only one vision in mind to help pregnant women in alleviating their pain & aches holistically which ultimately not only helped pregnant ladies but so many of her patients all across the world. She has a registered company with the name MFM PAIN RELIEF ORGANIC PRODUCTS in Delhi.

We would like to share some of the audacious work done by our Visionary Dr. Vinita Manchanda. She received National Women Excellence Award on 25th November 2021 ( International Day of Elimination of Violence against women ) by the Govt. of India. It has been rightly said that Grief doesn’t demand pity, it requests acknowledgment.
Dr. Vinita Manchanda often says that the world suffers not by the violence of bad people, but because of the silence of good people. She has started working on Women's Empowerment after walking on eggshells herself & take stand for those who no longer can.

She believes that - WHEN WOMEN SUPPORT EACH OTHER INCREDIBLE THINGS HAPPEN, So Break the silence & fight for your rights before it gets too late.
